The view from the 9th floor was simply stunning! You could see the whole city from there, including the harbour and the bridges. , the staff were very kind and welcoming, they even let us park our car there after checkout for no extra charge.
The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the decor was a bit outdated. However, everything was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great.

Good location, pleased to have parking, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The facilities were all there, however were dated and some very tired. The reception staff were very helpful.
The apartment was smelly, perhaps previous occupants cooking smells? I have had knee replacements and had great difficulty with the very high step into shower over badly cracked bath. The venetian blinds in the shower were bent and broken, the vanity cabinet was water damaged and swollen. The deep freeze had remnants of food inside. The lift door, from the car park, closed on my husband while he entered causing him bruising on his back. It was quite noisy, especially on the Saturday night, which disturbed our sleep.

When checking-in after hours, the phone system made the process easy and convenient. The operator was lovely and even checked up on me later. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of facilities offered, including a washing machine and dishwasher, all provided in the room. The hotel location was great, with easy access to transportation and several restaurants down on the waterfront.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We found some positives about this location, like the convenience of local shops nearby and easy motorway access. It was also relatively close to the city centre. Our room was well-appointed, with good internet and great harbour views.
We had a less positive experience with the state of the apartment, with dirty and old rooms and broken handles. the noise from the nearby road was a constant bother, and there was no air conditioning.

Well run great staff very easy to get to and stay at.
When arriving by car it is extremely difficult to find parking to book in, and from there enter the car park. A code to enter the carpark once a guess is booked would be option to consider, to prevent the forced navigation of downtown Auckland to one book in then return to retrieve and park your car.

Handy to central town, with a lovely view of the harbour. Liked the kitchenette but did not get to use this as only stayed 2 nights. If we were staying longer would choose to cook own meals.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, just outside the city center in a commercial district, was perfect for my needs. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were accommodating and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. I particularly appreciated the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and the cozy sitting area with a dining table. The room also had a washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen, which came in handy for longer stays. The comfortable bed and free toiletries added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel even had free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great Christmas Getaway! Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel with a prime location, just a few blocks away from the heart of the city. the free Wi-Fi was a plus, and it was great to have a functional kitchenette where I was able to prepare some meals for my family.
A bit of extra cleaning needed the hotel was great, but the room could have been cleaner. the lights in the bathroom were not working, and a couple of the chairs had some stains.

Convenient parking; friendly staff; comfortable room with decent facilities;great location (close to the motorways and Queen St)
expensive internet (should be included in room rate) with no wireless access (help-desk was also unhelpful with billing issue); room had no aircon /built-in heating (however oil-fin heater was effective)
